The Title IX Investigator/Student Conduct Case Manager reports to the Director of the Office of Ethics and Student Conflict Resolution (OESCR); reviews police and incident reports submitted to the OESCR for appropriateness of moving forward with Code of Student Conduct charges; promptly investigates cases of alleged student and student organization misconduct consistent with university policy, and specifically Title IX complaints, which include but are not limited to sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct (including sexual exploitation and indecent exposure), dating or domestic violence, and stalking.
This position may assist with adjudicating conduct hearing, as necessary; responsible for conducting applicable research as it relates to the current trends and policies governing sexual misconduct in higher education in addition to case analysis, data review, and trend assessment; other duties as assigned.
